1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JJH Fashions website and your purchases from it. The site is operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] ("JJH Fashions", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy and Returns & Exchanges policy, which are part of these Terms. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and have a delivery address in the United States. We sell to consumers for personal use, not for resale.

3. Your account

You don't need an account to shop. To view or cancel your orders, you can sign in to My Account with a one-time code sent to the email address you used at checkout. Keep access to your email secure - anyone who can read your email can sign in to your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

4. Products, availability and pricing

• We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors vary between screens and handmade or natural-stone items may differ slightly from the photos.
• All products are subject to availability. Stock is confirmed when your payment completes.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed.
• If a product is listed with an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel orders for it and refund you in full, even after we've sent a confirmation.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when your payment succeeds and we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order - for example, if an item sells out, if we can't verify the payment, or if we suspect fraud or resale - and we'll refund any amount paid in full.

6. Payment and sales tax

Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Stripe. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated from your delivery address and shown before you pay. See our Payment Policy.

7. Shipping, title and risk of loss

We ship only within the United States, as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.

8. Cancellations, returns and exchanges

You can cancel an order online for a full refund until it ships. After shipment, sales are final and eligible items may be exchanged, as described in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always eligible for a replacement or refund.

9. Electronic communications

By placing an order or signing in, you agree to receive transactional communications from us electronically (such as order confirmations, cancellation notices and sign-in codes) and agree that they satisfy any legal requirement for written communications. We don't send marketing emails.

10. Intellectual property

The site and its content - including the JJH Fashions name and logo, product photos, text and design - belong to us or our licensors and are protected by US copyright and trademark laws. You may view the site for personal shopping only; you may not copy, reproduce or use its content commercially without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or to place fraudulent orders;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, other customers' accounts or our systems;
• interfere with the site's operation, or use bots or scrapers to access it; or
• impersonate anyone or provide false information.

12. Third-party services and links

Payments are handled by Stripe, and the site links to third-party sites such as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. We aren't responsible for third-party sites or services, which have their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our policies, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don't allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

15. Resolving disputes
